The National Sports Medicine Foundation is currently seeking accreditation for their new Athletic Training program and is not accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE). The NSMF will be submitting a self-study to begin the accreditation process on July 1, 2024.

The National Sports Medicine Foundation has made it their mission to give back to the community by participating in “job-for-a-day” programs with local high school and undergraduate students interested in pursuing careers in the medical field, volunteering community hours for local schools and community club sports medicine coverage, volunteering for youth athletic tournaments to provide medical coverage and participating in Health and Wellness Expos.

Outreach and event coverage is an integral part of the AT Residency. Our residents help us to strengthen our relationship in the community and provide exceptional care to youth and adult athletes of all skill levels.
